Around this time in 1930, our friend Ghandi in India began his campaign of civil disobedience. His story is incredible and is surely one of the awesomest examples of leadership and practicing-what-one-preaches that we have. Good thing we also have LINKS!

In the literary world, Frankenstein was published this day in 1818. It's legendary because 1) A woman wrote it, under a pen name, 2) It's continually wrongly attributed to the monster, which has no name, and 3) Who hasn't heard of Frankenstein? If Frankenstein's monster had seen the following links, he would've been a lot nicer.
